One of the goals of the most extreme players is to achieve all the achievements of the game. The purpose of this tutorial will be to explain as succinctly and practically as possible how to achieve all the achievements of Fallout New Vegas.

I know the game is old, but I searched the Internet and found no hard and relevant material in the same place in Brazilian Portuguese (native language of this site).

Before we begin, I would like to point out that this tutorial has spoilers about the game. I would also like to inform you the version used in the tutorial: 1.4.0.525. I'll use the original names in English, this makes it much easier if you use a Wiki like NukaPedia -  http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Wiki.

Unlike Fallout 4, using Mods will not interfere with achievements, so you can use them without any problems, considering that they do not interfere with the triggers of achievement, obviously.

Extremely Important Note:

First of all, if you use any command in the game console (only for computers), you will disable the achievements for your session. Even for non-intrusive commands such as save, the game will not allow you to win the achievements until you close the game and open it again.

"Ah, but I just completed the milestone of winning 10,000 health points healed with food, 10,050 to be exact, and without realizing I had used the console and overwritten my progress, what do I do now?"

And now, champ? You will have to have more 10,000 hit points healed, and the next milestone (in this case, 20,050), has to be done in a section without using the console. Only a section without the use of consoles will begin the count towards the next landmark.

General Achievements

Know When to Fold Them

Know When to Fold Them - Win 3 games of Caravan. Caravan is a new card game introduced early in the game, most of the merchants can play with you.

I will give you tips on how to win in the achievement below.

Caravan Master

Caravan Master - Win 30 games of Caravan. Caravan is a new card game introduced early in the game, most of the merchants can play with you.

As you know, Caravan's goal is to make 26 points in three "points" of the table, making a scale of points from the highest to the lowest. The simplest way to do this is to have a deck with the least number of separate cards that if added up to 26, for example: 10, 9 and 7. Add only 10, 9 and 7 to your deck. In the initial deck, it is very likely that you do not have cards to make the minimum deck (30 cards) just with 10, 9 and7, so complete your deck with other cards, I prefer jacks and kings because they can screw your opponent if something goes wrong.

In the first round you can discard as many cards as you want. Go discarding from your deck until you have only 10, 9 and 7. Start your tracks with 10, then see which stack the computer is "investing", ignore it and put a 9 and a 7 in each of the other two of yours. You may also need to complete the stack that the computer is investing, depending on the opponent's deck.

Hardcorel

HardcoreBeat the game from start to finish with Hardcore mode enabled. Soon after leaving the house of Dr. Mitchell for the first time the game will show Hardcore mode, which adds several modifications in the game, such as the need to eat, drink and sleep. In addition, ammunition weighs in on your inventory and your companions may die permanently. To win the achievement, you must keep this mode on as long as the game tells you about it (right at the beginning) until the end of the main story. It is not necessary to complete the DLCs, just as you do not have to increase the difficulty (you can finish the game on the easy difficulty with the hardcore mode on).

The missions are in the order they appear in the game, following the order of the factions, for example: if you choose NCR history, the first acvhievement of major missions is "For the Republic, Part 2," the next main story mission which will give an achievement is "You'll Know It When It Happens" and so on. Once he gets down, just kill him to win the achievement. Go through the vault by the path to your left (the opposite side as it enters the vault), by the way you came, when you are near the exit he will realize that he has been cheated and will trigger the alarm. In both cases you need to close the Vault door, otherwise he will notice the trap. Note that making this achievement is impossible to earn Cash Out, as informed at the beginning of the section, remember to create a non-quick game when Elijah is descending to the safe to make both achievements in one save.

If your follower kills the enemy in question, it will not count towards the challenge.

I believe that it is, I hope in some way to have contributed with his game! If you liked this tutorial do not forget to share it with your friends!
